This page explains the information collected through this website’s project enquiry form.

What you share

The form collects your name, contact number, site location, product interest and project role. You may also provide an email address, project details, photographs and PDF drawings.

Why it is collected

Mechanocart Solutions uses these details to review your requirements, contact you, prepare or discuss a quotation, and coordinate the requested project support. Your form submission does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries and attachments are stored in a private management area accessible to the website owner. When an email notification sender is connected, an enquiry notification may also be sent to marketing@mechanocart.in. Attachments are not published in the project gallery.

WhatsApp and other links

WhatsApp is an optional, separate way to contact us. If you choose it, your message is handled by that service. Submitting the website form does not automatically send a WhatsApp message.

Your requests

To ask about your enquiry, correct your contact details or request deletion, email marketing@mechanocart.in. Include your enquiry reference where possible.
